Without concrete intervention measures, the retreat of the shoreline could have generated severe environmental, social, and economic impacts.<\/p>\n The major project implemented by the National Administration \u201cRomanian Waters\u201d, \u201cReduction of Coastal Erosion \u2013 Phase II (2014\u20132020)\u201d, under which EPMC Consulting provides technical assistance services for the supervision of design and construction works for all 11 contracts, constitutes both a major challenge and a valuable opportunity to contribute to Romania\u2019s efforts to combat coastal erosion at the Black Sea and to protect tourism, private property, marine biodiversity, and wetland ecosystems in the area.<\/p>\n Within this project, with a total value of RON 3,805,641,720.80, EPMC Consulting acts as the Supervisor (Engineer\/Construction Supervision Consultant), ensuring the successful implementation of the investments and compliance with the conditions of the public financing secured by Romanian Waters.
