Since EPMC Consulting is in a competitive position today on the Romanian environmental consulting market, this is the result of the commitment and it is due to the way we approach the projects in which we were involved.
Fie că vorbim de proiecte de biodiversitate, scriere de aplicații de finanțare, management de proiect sau asistență tehnică, aducem cu noi în fiecare proiect o expertiză profundă și funcțională, bazată pe numărul mare și aria largă de proiecte în care echipa EPMC a fost implicată. Suntem cunoscuți pentru perspectiva holistică cu care abordăm fiecare proiect în parte, însă am demonstrat de nenumarate ori că reușim să optimizăm atât suma tuturor componentelor proiectului, cât și fiecare componentă în parte.

  • De la înființare, din 2008 până în prezent, am elaborat documentații de conformare cu cerințele de mediu pentru investițiile a peste 100 de companii private din diverse sectoare economice, pentru divese autorități publice la nivel național, regional și local, precum și pentru operatori regionali și regii autonome;
  • Am furnizat servicii de scriere de aplicații de finanțare pentru proiecte de infrastructura de mediu;

We are a Romanian consultancy company, operating in the field of environmental protection. Our activity is addressed both to the business environment and to public institutions at national, regional and local level.

Established in 2008, we began our activity with environmental consultancy services, later developing our expertise in the field of environmental protection and investment management, providing integrated services with the aim of identifying complete solutions to the environmental problems for our clients.

We have built our team of specialists mainly in two major fields – environmental protection and obtaining non-reimbursable funding for environmental infrastructure projects. In these areas, we have gained extensive experience through the implementation of complex contracts.

The demand for a job well done is the core value of our team. The challenge of always finding solutions and the experience gained over the years helped us not only to avoid obstacles, but to be proactive and solution-oriented.

Add the passion and complexity of the work of a team of 22 consultants and the other freelancers with multidisciplinary skills and we have defined the way EPMC Consulting operates.

The leader of the EPMC Consulting team is Cristina Corpodean. Cristina founded EPMC Consulting in 2008, after a long period of teaching, inspiring and guiding generations of young people. Cristina runs her company according to the same principles that guided her students to success: work, perseverance, attention and dedication.

ENVIRONMENT

EPMC Consulting is certified by the Romanian Environmental Association – Certification Commission for natural and legal persons elaborating environmental studies, according to Certificate series RGX no.356/28.08.2025, valid until 28.08.2028 for the preparation of environmental studies, as follows:

  • Environmental Report (ER) – ER-11a, ER-11b, ER-12, ER-13b;
  • Environmental Impact Report (EIR) – EIR-2, EIR-3, EIR-6, EIR-8, EIR-11a, EIR-11b, EIR-11c, EIR-13b;
  • Site Report (SR) – SR-1, SR-7, SR-9, SR-11b;
  • Safety Report – SR-3, SR-7;
  • Appropriate Assessment Study (AA);
  • Climate Change Assessment and Management (CCAM);
  • Biodiversity Monitoring (BM).

EPMC Consulting is certified by the Romanian Environmental Association according to the Certificate of Attestation series RGX no.745/28.08.2025, valid until 28.08.2028, for the preparation of environmental studies, as follows:

  • Environmental Impact Report (RIM) – RIM-1, RIM-7.

EPMC Consulting is certified according to Order No. 1287 of July 28, 2021 for the approval of the Regulation on the organization of the certification activity of public or private institutions specialized in the development of documentation to substantiate the request for a water management permit and water management authorization, hydrological, hydrogeological, water management studies and impact assessment on water bodies in the following areas:

  • Preparation of water management studies (c);
  • Development of documentation for the development of a water management permit/authorization (d): D1, D2, D3, D4, D5, D7;
  • E) studies on water bodies.

For confirmation, EPMC Consulting holds the Attestation Certificate no.329/04.09.2023, valid until 04.09.2026, issued by the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests.
