Detailed description of the services we provide:

PREPARATION OF THE FUNDING APPLICATION

  • Verification of compliance with eligibility criteria and proposal of feasible solutions to ensure full compliance with all eligibility requirements;
  • Preparation of the project summary and funding application;
  • Preparation of the Feasibility Study, in accordance with Romanian Government Decision No. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the standard content of technical and economic documentation for investment objectives/projects financed from public funds;
  • Preparation of the project budget, financial plan and alignment of activities and costs with project objectives;
  • Preparation of the required documentation and assistance in obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate and related permits, including the Environmental Approval;
  • Preparation of the implementation plan;
  • Preparation of the procurement plan;
  • Preparation and/or completion of annexes to the funding application;
  • On-line submission/upload of the funding application dossier in the MySMIS2021 information system;
  • Support during the evaluation stage of the funding application (drafting responses and justifications to requests issued by the Managing Authority/Intermediate Body/Evaluation Committee; revision of documents in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s requests, etc.);
  • Support during the contracting stage (revision of project documentation forming part of the financing contract annexes; clarification of financing contract provisions and/or annexes at the request of the Contracting Authority).

Our objectives:

✓ To understand the beneficiary’s needs and identify suitable funding opportunities;
✓ To verify compliance with the requirements necessary to obtain non-reimbursable financing;
✓ To explain that non-reimbursable financing represents a medium- and long-term investment;
✓ To clarify the realities of obtaining financing: the project competes with other submitted projects and, as in any competitive process, it involves a degree of risk and chance, with the remaining factors being expertise and commitment.

Within our projects, multidisciplinary teams of experts are mobilized, including environmental engineers, environmental specialists, design engineers with various technical specializations, site supervisors, economists, legal experts, and other relevant professionals.
